Objective: Redesign and modernize the recruiting process to increase efficiency and improve the quality of hires.

Duration: 6 months

Steps: Analysis, training of the HR team and line managers, acceptance of the new process by management, support during implementation.

Result : We developed a customized recruiting process for different target groups, including specialists, trainees and apprentices. This enabled us to shorten the time to hire by 40%, improve the candidate journey (confirmed by surveys and positive reviews on social media and Kununu) and enable HR and line managers to conduct interviews at a professional level .
