Supporting candidates on their way to their dream job – including proactive approaching them, conducting qualified interviews and preparing documents.

Support in implementing an internal social media recruiting strategy that is so exciting that even influencers will be green with envy. Forget boredom - here you can live out your creativity and create content that makes a difference.
Your profile:
To become part of our dedicated team, you should bring the following with you:
A completed apprenticeship or degree in a relevant field (e.g. HR, communication sciences, business administration) – but don't worry, we won't bite if you're a little weird and have a different background.
A huge portion of passion for recruiting, active sourcing and employer branding. Humor and out-of-the-box thinking are expressly desired!
A talent for social media and a desire to help us create content and texts in German that are so good that even Shakespeare would book a course with you.
Experience with digital tools and platforms, but we are also ready to teach you the basics - the most important thing is that you are open to new things and know how to consult YouTube and ChatGPT when you get stuck!
