Put simply, Master Person Analysis (MPA) is a personality test. We carry it out online. The result shows people's work and social behavior and motivations in a structured way. Professionally relevant personality traits are presented in a clear graphical format.
The result: The resulting personality profile objectively describes the professionally relevant behavior of a candidate. This includes, for example, work, social, team, leadership and sales behavior.

The participant receives access to the MPA questionnaire from us via an online interface.

CONDUCTING THE ONLINE PERSONALITY ANALYSIS
Participants receive a link and complete the test conveniently online. The test usually takes 20 - 30 minutes.

EVALUATION
As certified experts, we analyze the results and prepare a detailed report.
04.
INTERVIEW & FEEDBACK SESSION
As soon as the results are known, there will be an approximately one-hour evaluation meeting with Aleksandra Corzun/the participant and the hiring manager. We present the results of the analysis and discuss the significance of these test results for your individual day-to-day work.
